Job Description:

Are you personable and eager to make customer interactions delightful? Can you accurately process financial transactions and provide excellent customer service? If so, apply for the role of Customer Experience Associate. We seek a versatile individual who can understand customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.

In this role, you will:

  1. Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following procedures, regulations, and ethical standards.
  2. Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions, respecting confidentiality.
  3. Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
  4. Meet goals by promoting banking solutions and completing tasks accurately and promptly.
  5. Engage personally with customers to provide clear advice on banking services.
  6. Support a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment through teamwork and personal development.
  7. Assist colleagues by maintaining communication and dedication.
  8. Deliver quality experiences and suggest operational improvements for efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  1. High School diploma and/or 1+ years relevant experience.
  2. Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
  3. Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills for a fast-paced environment.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office and internet usage.
  5. Proactive, accurate, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in a calm and courteous manner.
