Qualifications

  • Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) according to procedures and regulations.
  • Identify customer needs and advise banking solutions to enhance customer experience.
  • Resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalate non-standard issues as needed.
  • Meet goals by promoting banking solutions and completing tasks accurately and timely.
  • Engage with customers to explain banking processes clearly and professionally.
