Job summary

Qualifications

  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • IFC or equivalent – within 90 days of start date.
  • Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), branch software and internet.
  • Knowledge of banking solutions and processes to advise customers.
  • A self-starter who works independently in a dynamic work environment with strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills.
  • Fluency in either Italian, Spanish or Portuguese is required.

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers with day-to-day advice needs, service transactions, digital education, and problem resolution.
  • Guide customers to the right staff for appropriate solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking to build confidence in digital trends.
  • Support frontline staff with transactions and resolve non-standard issues.
  • Suggest improvements to branch operations to enhance customer experience.
