Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming customer experience by providing friendly, fast, and professional service to every customer entering and exiting the store.
• Support Loss Prevention and Store Safety by watching for large purchases, returning items, and checking receipts as needed.
• Respond to EAS alerts and complete required documentation, reporting system issues to management when necessary.
• Assist customers and support store operations by helping with carts, baskets, directions, and finding products and services.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment by following company policies and procedures.
• Be flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs.
