In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

  1. Support the external sales team by ensuring the entry and follow-up of customer orders
  2. Program and publish placement campaigns on the retail web sales platform
  3. Follow up on deliveries with the various carriers and inform customers accordingly
  4. Process invoice correction requests
  5. Provide attentive customer service to B2C website customers, answering questions, resolving order issues, and ensuring a positive experience
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
