The Role…

The Customer Development & Insights Manager for Costco Global will develop strategic business opportunities for Costco Wholesale Canada, Mexico & International. Reporting to the Costco International Sales Director, responsibilities include analyzing business trends, providing insights, building executive summaries, supporting customer presentations, and updating forecast tools for Costco US and International. The role requires a deep understanding of Costco’s business and data analysis skills.

This position is remote, with quarterly visits to our headquarters in Emeryville, California. The salary range is $120k to $130k CAD, depending on experience and location. It is an Employer of Record employment through Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop customer-specific insights and support new product and program development.
• Manage weekly data reporting and analysis for Costco.
• Assist in strategic planning, forecasting, and annual business development.
• Support administrative tasks like updating forecast tools and maintaining contracts.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Experience: 3+ years in Sales within CPG, with Costco project experience preferred. Skills in data analytics, reporting tools, Excel, and financial analysis are essential.
