We focus on ensuring networks and data centers perform at their best and prepare customer infrastructures for future technologies. Successful team members excel in building strong relationships and have good interpersonal skills. We prioritize ongoing development and training to maintain our status as leaders in network consulting.
As part of CX Canada Advanced Services, you will deliver pioneering networking and architecture solutions, enhancing customers' missions by transforming their network infrastructure and data centers. Collaborating with service providers, you'll offer senior technical expertise and deep public sector knowledge, committed to customer missions.
As an on-site Customer Delivery Technical Leader, you'll support and deliver Network Optimization for core networks and data centers. Acting as "Cisco's face to the customer," you will work in a dynamic environment, tackling escalated issues with creativity and expertise. Your broad networking knowledge, specific area expertise, and excellent relationship skills will position you as a trusted advisor, building lasting customer relationships.
