Role Overview

As a Customer Data Platform (CDP) Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in data to enhance customer interactions, ensuring the right data reaches the right application at the right time. Your passion for data and customer engagement will help clients create meaningful connections with their audiences.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive requirements gathering and design solutions for data-driven marketing, single customer views, and marketing technology, focusing on platforms like AEP rt-CDP.
  2. Assist in platform selection to identify the most suitable technologies.
  3. Create architecture and solution blueprints aligned with client needs.
  4. Collaborate with project management to develop implementation plans.
  5. Design and implement data integration solutions supporting new customer experience strategies.
  6. Gather functional and technical requirements from business and technology stakeholders.
  7. Stay informed on latest trends in customer data platforms, marketing automation, and related technologies.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. 3+ years of hands-on experience with marketing/customer data.
  2. At least 1+ year of implementation experience with Customer Data Platforms, preferably with AEP rt-CDP.
  3. At least 1+ year of SQL experience.
  4. Proficiency in English, with regular interaction with stakeholders across Canada, US, and globally.
  5. University degree required.
Preferred Skills
  1. Experience with platforms like Adobe Real-Time CDP, Salesforce CDP, Treasure Data, among others.
  2. Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as Adobe Marketing Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  3. Experience with marketing campaign design, content management, digital asset management, and social media technologies.
  4. Full lifecycle SDLC experience and familiarity with marketing analytics and data models.
  5. Experience in consulting or digital agencies is a plus.
Additional Details

Compensation varies based on location, experience, and role specifics. For British Columbia, the salary range is $61,800 to $167,000 annually. This role is full-time, based in British Columbia, with a seniority level of Mid-Senior.
