Marcon is seeking a skilled Construction Customer Care Technician to manage building issues and lead service resolution efforts in a team-oriented environment. Marcon is seeking a Construction Customer Care Technician experienced with investigating and assessment of building issues, such as envelope, structural, electrical, mechanical, hvac and other warranty items as needed. The successful candidate will lead a team to resolve service and warranty items. Knowledge of the 2-5-10 BC New Home Warranty is an asset.
