Customer Care Supervisor (Calgary or Edmonton)

Join WD Co-Auto as a Customer Care Supervisor in Calgary or Edmonton.

WD Co-Auto is seeking a driven and strategic Customer Care Supervisor to enhance our client care and inside sales operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a high-performing team providing support to members and internal teams.
  • Creating a structure for exceptional service, including answering calls, managing orders, providing quotes, and coordinating logistics.
  • Supporting rural accounts and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Acting as a knowledge base for field sales reps, answering questions, and providing product information.
  • Reporting to the Vice President and shaping the future of the customer care and inside sales team.
  • Overseeing daily operations, mentoring the team, and collaborating across departments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service, quoting, order entry, inside sales, and project coordination.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, strategic mindset, and ability to scale operations.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Experience in the dealership industry is a plus but not required.
