No Frills in Dartmouth is seeking store colleagues to provide exceptional customer service and keep shelves stocked to meet customer needs. You’ll engage with shoppers, maintain displays, and support inventory and promotions in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

No prior experience is required, as full training is provided. The role offers flexibility across departments and hours, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work a variety of departments and hours, including days, evenings and weekends.
• Able to move up to 50 lbs and stay mobile during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by keeping shelves stocked and responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and assist with inventory needs and ordering.
