Job summary

No Frills in Canada is looking for Store Colleagues to help create a positive in-store experience. You will stock shelves and respond to customer needs, ensuring products are readily available and accurately scanned. Promotion setup and safety standards are part of the job.

We welcome applicants with or without previous retail experience, as training is provided. Expect flexible shifts that may include days, evenings, and weekends, with a requirement to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• No previous retail experience required; training provided to help you succeed.
• Able to contribute as part of a collaborative team and follow directions.
• Willing to learn product knowledge and store procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and customer needs are met.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering.
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
