Are YOU our next Customer Care Representative?

As a Customer Care Representative, you will report to the Manager of Customer Care within the Insurance Solutions department. Your responsibilities include answering, logging, troubleshooting, and resolving telephone and email inquiries, managing the database, and reporting metrics to the manager.

How YOU will make a difference
  • Provide technical assistance for our services and direct calls as required.
  • Handle Carrier and Agent calls for all DIS services (Paramedical, Telephone Interviews, APS).
  • Monitor complaints and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone (carriers, MGAs, Advisors).
  • Serve as the main contact for insurance accounts and deliver customer service for special projects.
  • Coordinate with DIS operations and business development teams to meet customer service needs.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
  • Meet turnaround times for communication acknowledgments and responses.
Qualifications

Minimum of a Community College diploma preferred. Relevant experience in customer service roles in similar environments.

Working Conditions

Fully remote, Monday to Friday, day shift, permanent full-time position.
