Base pay range

17.00 / hr - $20.00 / hr

The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for answering incoming calls and responding to emails while providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

Essential Functions

  • Field inbound calls in a professional manner.
  • Respond to and resolve customer questions.
  • Research possible solutions to customer issues.
  • Enter incoming service and supply requests.
  • Follow up with customers when necessary.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Customer Care Manager.
  • Customer focus - Knowing the (internal and external) customer business needs and acting accordingly; anticipating customer needs, and giving high priority to customer satisfaction and customer service.
  • Problem solving - Having the ability to identify problems and issues of varying complexities and to find effective solutions with few guidelines.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, VOIP phone system, printers / copiers and other various technologies.

Physical Demands

Ability to sit at a computer for prolonged periods of time.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

Full time position. Monday-Friday 40 hours a week. Times vary between 7 am – 5 pm.

  • High School Diploma
  • Proficient PC and typing skills with ability to multitask through different applications / screens.

  • Experience in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
