Title: Customer Care Representative (Spanish Preferred)

Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 8:25 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays 8:55 AM to 4:00 PM

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be at the heart of our operations, managing a multi-line telephone system and handling a high volume of incoming calls professionally and efficiently. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred and will help ensure every caller receives outstanding service, directing them to the appropriate personnel, department, or division with courtesy and accuracy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist and collaborate with our Relocation Manager to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide top-notch customer service by greeting callers warmly and guiding them to their desired destination.
  • Listen attentively to callers, anticipate their needs, and prioritize customer satisfaction at every turn.
  • Manage messages effectively, ensuring prompt delivery to the right recipients.
  • Offer basic rental information to prospective tenants and route inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Keep our office running smoothly by operating various office equipment and managing the company's general email account.
  • Maintain and update essential documents and forms, including our Relocation Policy and Procedure Manual.
  • Provide administrative support to our Relocation Leasing Consultants and other team members as needed.
  • Uphold our professional standards by maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues through respectful and helpful interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service abilities.
