Trail Appliances in Calgary, Alberta is seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join our customer-focused team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.

This full-time role offers training, benefits including health and dental, staff incentives, and opportunities for growth. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with compensation between $17 and $19 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries, orders, complaints, and general assistance while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary, with follow-ups for satisfactory resolution.
• Stay informed about product features, specifications, and promotions to provide accurate information.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain organized records.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experiences and share insights.
