Job description

We are adding talented Customer Care Agents to our team! Working with your own computer, you are enthusiastic about customer service. We provide full training and ensure you have everything you need to know in order to provide an excellent customer experience!

In this role you will be doing things like :

  • Placing customer orders from inbound calls
  • Troubleshooting customer concerns / needs by active listening, and resolving the customer's inquiry to their satisfaction.
  • Use multiple company systems throughout the day.
  • Enter credits / refunds into our proprietary system.
  • Consult with store staff as required.

What we are looking for :

  • Have your own computer equipment
  • Have a dedicated home office space, including reliable internet
  • You are computer-savvy, and comfortable sitting at a desk with multiple monitors.
  • You are a superstar with details and accuracy.

Requirements :

Your available to work a variety of shifts (including evenings & weekends)

Must be bilingual (French & English) and have excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Must have call center experience of at least 1 year.

Nice to have - experience in the food industry!
