Customer Care Administrator - Construction

Solmar Development Corp. is a Vaughan-based real estate development firm involved in acquiring, developing, and building low and high-rise residential, commercial, and industrial assets throughout Ontario. The company has an extensive team of real estate professionals engaged in all aspects of acquisition, development, and construction.

We are seeking a full-time Customer Care Administrator to join our Construction Team on-site at Erin, reporting to the Director of Customer Care & Warranty.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond to all incoming phone calls and emails within 24 hours, providing updates to the Customer Service lead on urgent issues.
  • Prepare and maintain all purchaser files and documentation.
  • Update and maintain spreadsheets as required by management.
  • Manage key packages and related paperwork for processing.
  • Update calendars for PDO & Occupancy as necessary.
  • Ensure trade calendar is current for scheduled dates.
  • Create and issue work orders for trades after QC & PDO are completed, in collaboration with the Customer Service lead.
  • Generate work orders for 30-day and year-end tasks as directed.
  • Distribute the Trade Outstanding List as instructed.
  • Maintain and review the Tarion portal for all correspondence.
  • Ensure Newstar is up-to-date.
  • Maintain the site office, including inventory management.
  • Report safety issues to the Customer Service lead immediately.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Customer Service Lead or Director of Customer Care.
