Midland Transport is currently seeking a Customer Applications Analyst – Special Projects (6 months contract) for our Head Office location in Dieppe, NB

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven and detail-oriented individual who possesses previous experience managing a portfolio of work and achieving established KPI’s and targets. The successful candidate will lead the migration efforts for a portfolio of assigned customers to our new electronic product offerings.

Qualifications

•Post-Secondary education with concentration in Information Technology, B2B Technical Support, Business Administration or in a related discipline.
•Previous experience meeting established targets by leveraging strong communication skills, planning skills, and attention to detail.
•Self-driven, organized, and business savvy.
•Thrive in an environment where you can work independently as well as collaboratively.
•A continuous learner: acquiring new skills and software applications is second nature.
•At home in a fast-paced work environment where solutions are not always clearly defined.
A practiced Bilingual (English/French) communicator would be considered an asset.
•Previous Sales experience would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

•Lead the execution of migration efforts for an established list of customers to new electronic solution offerings by following a migration strategy and work process flow.
•Meet established transition targets.
•Prepare and present best fit solution offering to our customers.
•Enable and maintain data channels between Midland and our customers.
•Collaborate with Midland Sales and other internal teams to improve customer experience.
•Provide continuous support to our customers via phone or email as required.
•Other duties as assigned.
