Midland Transport is currently seeking Customer Applications Analyst for our Head Office location in Dieppe, NB.

Responsibilities:

• Modernizing processes by leveraging technology solutions such as EDI, API, and file transfers.
• Understanding customer requirements to deliver the best fit solution.
• Monitor and troubleshoot various systems to ensure they are functioning as expected.
• Enable and maintain data channels between Midland and our customers.
• Test and support technology enhancements.
• Collaborate and work in a team environment.
• Provide continuous support to our customers via phone or email as required.

Qualifications:

• Post-Secondary education with concentration in Information Technology, B2B Technical Support, Business Administration or in a related discipline.
• Technically inclined: process oriented and driven by a natural curiosity.
• Thrive in an environment where you can work independently as well as collaboratively.
• A continuous learner: acquiring new skills and software applications is second nature.
• At home in a fast-paced work environment where solutions are not always clearly defined.
• A practiced Bilingual (English/French) communicator with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, analytical and business savvy.
