Customer and Partner Solutions Developer, Conversational Agents

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience building machine learning solutions and working with technical customers.
  • 5 years of experience in solution engineering.
  • Experience coding in one or more general purpose languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, C or C++) including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
  • Experience designing cloud enterprise solutions and supporting customer projects to completion.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields.
  • Experience in consulting, technical consulting in a customer-facing role, with solid results working with various types of customers, developers, and businesses.
  • Experience building AI customer solutions focused on Conversational AI, telecommunications, networking, or contact centers.
  • Experience with other AI frameworks, products, or solutions such as Gemini.
  • Ability to lead and organize the design and implementation of AI-based custom-developed cloud solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Apply data-driven management skills in dynamic environments.

  • Solve complex customer use cases with Cloud AI conversational products, promoting adoption, creating reusable assets, and providing training on new features.
  • Engage with customer stakeholders on functional, technical, and commercial topics, demonstrating empathy, shaping, and influencing decisions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance on solution design and implementation.
