Job Description:

The Customer and Demand Leader collaborates across the One Demand team to achieve Canadian business priorities. This includes working with Category Leadership, Customer Marketing, SRM, and Brand teams. Supported by the cross-functional team, this role provides strategic leadership to generate demand, optimize portfolio performance, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen partner relationships.

This position is key in developing and executing the Canadian market strategy for Mars Food and Nutrition, focusing on value creation and growth. The Customer and Demand Lead also owns the Digital and Omni-channel strategy, overseeing strategic and tactical execution to meet financial targets and ensure strong P&L performance.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in blue-chip FMCG or consumer products, with a strong background in Sales and Marketing (Sales Strategy, Digital/Omni Channel, and/or Traditional).
  • Extensive experience across the Demand function, with proven ability to build impactful relationships and influence stakeholders of all sizes.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing strategic visions, inspiring and leading cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Ability to navigate complex situations, challenge the status quo, and maintain a solution-oriented attitude.
  • Self-reliant, decisive, resilient, and adaptable to fast-changing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with GM to deliver on Canada's strategic priorities and execute the Canada 123 plan.
  • Build strong partnerships across One Demand to support category leadership and customer marketing excellence.
  • Play a pivotal role in the S&OP+ process as part of PMR (Step 1).
  • Own the Tasty Bite P&L in Canada.
  • Implement the Tasty Bite brand expansion plan and develop a sustainable strategic operating plan to accelerate growth.
  • Create and execute the Digital & Omni Channel strategy for Canada, aligning with growth and SCM objectives.
  • Develop a product roadmap for digital demand, prioritizing initiatives based on KPIs and consumer needs to drive innovation and growth.
