We’re seeking a candidate to join as a Customer Ambassador to scale the Customer Success/Sales team. This is a unique opportunity to help build our customer base and become an expert in all aspects of Wahi’s products and the Canadian real estate sector.

We’re looking for an ambitious, motivated person to assist prospective buyers and sellers, as well as to build lasting relationships with our partner realtors as we develop services to improve the experiences for all parties during the journey. While you're a licensed realtor, your job will be working as a key point of contact from our Toronto office to help coordinate all parts of the customer's journey. Note that this is a hybrid position that will allow you to work from home in addition to office days in our downtown Toronto headquarters. Some shifts will be on the evenings and weekends as well as some holiday coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and schedule consultations for customers via multiple channels (Phone, Chat, and email), in both proactive and reactive engagements with consumers and realtors.
- Collaborate closely with Realtors, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to deliver a top-notch customer experience.
- Pair learnings from customer interactions with customer data to drive improvements in team and company processes.
- Qualify inbound customers and match them to our appropriate offer that best fits their needs.
Requirements
- You are a licensed realtor.
- You are passionate about building a customer-facing career with the drive to grow and develop both personally and professionally.
- You can qualify inbound leads effectively and efficiently, ensuring the right customers are matched with the right Realtor.
- You have 1+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role — as a realtor, customer service, customer success, or sales.
- You practice clear, concise, and personable communication both verbally and in writing.
- You have a team-first mentality and take opportunities to share and digest learnings from your team members.
- You have deep empathy for customers and balance being resourceful and direct with customers.
- You rise to challenges, taking change and uncertainty in stride as the company grows.
- You seek to make an impact and find opportunities to contribute to the team and company as we scale.
- You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
