Customer Account Manager (REMOTE)

Full Job Description

We are adding an Account Manager to our dedicated FuelSpecialties team in Calgary, AB, to support continued growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales plans for existing accounts and targeted prospective accounts to meet revenue and profit goals.
2. Support and grow the existing $10MM/year territory with aggressive targets.
3. Develop strong business relationships with key decision-makers in current and targeted customer accounts.
4. Collaborate with account base and prospects to develop Innospec solutions in a positive, professional environment.
5. Conduct periodic account reviews to ensure supply satisfaction, meet key performance indicators, and optimize performance.
6. Actively promote and support Innospec innovations and technology to assigned customers and strategic accounts.
7. Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential new programs.
8. Participate in trade shows and industry functions.
9. Plan sales and service activities proactively for maximum return on time investment within the territory.
10. Maintain current customer contact database within company guidelines.
11. Conduct business in accordance with Innospec company policies and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, BSc or P.Eng preferred.
• 5+ years of successful technical or regulatory sales experience.
• Ability to negotiate and finalize contracts with customers.
• Proficiency in computer-related tasks.
