What You’ll Do:

• Ensure Facility Excellence – Maintain a spotless, welcoming, and high-end club environment at all times.
• Oversee Daily Cleaning Operations – Lead and coordinate custodial staff to execute cleaning and sanitation protocols efficiently.
• Proactive Maintenance & Sanitation – Conduct regular inspections, uphold deep-cleaning schedules, and address any issues immediately.
• Elevate the Member Experience – Respond to cleanliness-related concerns with discretion and efficiency, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance – Uphold the highest safety and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train & Mentor Staff – Guide and develop custodial team members to maintain consistency and excellence in all tasks.
• Manage Supplies & Inventory – Ensure that cleaning supplies are well-stocked and equipment is in optimal condition.
• Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with maintenance, operations, and leadership teams to create a seamless experience for members.

What You’ll Bring:

• At least one year experience professionally cleaning
• Certifications or workshops relevant to cleaning (WHMIS), maintenance is a definite asset.
• 1+ year’s experience working in supervisory role
• Proven experience in custodial leadership or facility maintenance within a high-end, luxury, or hospitality environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining an immaculate facility.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and oversee a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Professionalism, discretion, and a member-first mindset.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and techniques suitable for a luxury setting.
• Criminal Background Check Requirement – All team members must provide a recent Criminal Background Check prior to commencement of training and/or work.

• Saturday & Sunday from 7:00AM - 3:00PM
