Job summary

Full Time Position: Yes

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within our administration building.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment of the administration building
  • Utilize a daily checklist to ensure all tasks are completed
  • Set up and clean up of all meetings and scheduled programming including audio and visual equipment when needed
  • Maintain inventory of all cleaning supplies and banquet equipment
  • Shopping for supplies when needed
  • Outdoor maintenance of all band buildings – seasonal tasks include snow removal, salt & sanding all entrances/exits, grass cutting and weed trimming/removal
  • Minor repairs and maintenance within building i.e. change filters for heating and cooling units
  • Be onsite for after hour events when requested or on an as needed basis
Qualifications
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Good organizational skills
  • Technical abilities to use computers, audio and visual equipment
  • Able-bodied (the ability to move heavy items if necessary)
  • Valid Driver’s License and/or access to transportation
