Role: Custodial Account Manager

Pay Rate: Up to $70k

Hours: Mon-Fri (3-11pm)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the environmental services staff at a single campus, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Provide leadership and support to maintain high cleanliness standards, effective inventory management, and customer service excellence.
  • Coordinate the timely completion of custodial projects and programs across various shifts while acting as a key point of contact between building occupants and CSG staff.
  • Train new employees, conduct quality assessments, and utilize Quality Control Inspections (QCIs) to document performance and consistently meet standards.
  • Perform custodial duties as needed, including hands-on support in various cleaning tasks, to foster a team-oriented environment.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in Environmental Services in a school or healthcare setting with supervisory experience desired.
  • Basic computer skills preferred.
  • Knowledge of infection control procedures and safe chemical handling.
  • Strong communication and public relations skills.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, and move for extended periods
  • Must be able to work around cleaning products and in various environments
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
  • Must provide a criminal background check.
