Curriculum Leader, Rainbow Base Resource Provision at Richmond Hill Academy (not suitable for ECTs).
Due to the exciting growth of our specialist provisions within The GORSE Academies Trust, which has seen Rainbow Base expand from 22 to 52 places over the last five years, we are looking to appoint a highly skilled and committed curriculum leader to support the continued success of this resource provision.
Rainbow Base caters for 52 pupils with complex communication needs and/or autism. We are passionate about delivering the highest quality education and care for our pupils and their families. As such, we are seeking a leader who can build on the outstanding practice already in place and help shape the future of our provision.
This role presents a unique and rewarding challenge. The successful candidate will play a key role in further developing Rainbow Base as an integral part of Richmond Hill Academy — supporting a highly skilled staff team, driving forward our values-based curriculum, and delivering provision pathways that ensure a world-class education for every pupil.
