LAZ Parking at Calgary International Airport is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to greet guests, coordinate with the Taxi Dispatch team, and help ensure taxi availability for patrons. The role requires working outdoors in all weather and representing LAZ Parking professionally on-site.
Ideal candidates will have strong English, excellent teamwork, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while delivering exceptional service to guests and airport staff.
Location: Calgary International Airport
Pay Rate: $18-19 /HR
Hours: Part – Time Sat & Su / 5PM to 1AM // Casual

This position is responsible for ensuring that exceptional customer service is delivered to patrons of the Calgary International Airport while coordinating with the Taxi Dispatch team to ensure the availability of taxis. The successful candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, maintain efficient taxi operations, and act as a professional representative of LAZ Parking and the airport. This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
