What will your typical day look like?

As a Cúram Technical Architect within our Engineering Practice, you will be primarily responsible for:

• Leading the architecture, design, and implementation of technical solutions using Cúram.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of technology components with infrastructure needs and business requirements.
• Serving as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing updates, progress reports, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Providing guidance and technical leadership to the development teams, ensuring effective collaboration and meeting project goals.
• Participating in coding management and overseeing development resources to ensure project success.
• Acting as a technical reference for Cúram related design, development, testing, and deployment knowledge.
• Assisting in the definition of a development and deployment approach to be used to realize this architecture.

About The Team

Our Engineering practice provides a full suite of services to clients to assist them with all phases of the software lifecycle, as well as providing advisory and transformational services.

You are someone who has:

• Completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials.
• 10+ years of experience designing and developing Cúram solution-based applications.
• Cúram Certified Application Developer V7 or higher.
• Experience in agile methodologies.
• Experience in JEE scalability and performance, and application security.
• Experience in Java/JEE/XML development.
• Experience in web service development, both REST and SOAP.
• Experience with relational databases (DB2 or Oracle) and SQL.
• Experience with either Websphere or Weblogic application servers.
• Experience in design patterns and design methods.
• Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work and collaborate with others effectively in teams.
• Strong commitment to professional client service excellence.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.
• Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving.
• Canada federal security clearance – Reliability or higher desired (or eligible to apply).

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $175,000 (Manager level) and $97,000 - $234,000 (Senior Manager level), and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
