Job summary

Université d'Ottawa recherche un/une tuteur(a) pour le semestre hiver 2027 du programme CUPE afin d’assister l’enseignement du cours POL1502: Politique et mondialisation. Travail à distance avec présence possible sur le campus de l’Université d’Ottawa.

Le poste prévoit une involvement dans l’assistance pédagogique, la correction de travaux et l’animation de groupes de discussion, selon l’échéancier du superviseur. Rémunération horaire selon le statut (étudiant ou diplômé).

Qualifications

• La priorité sera donnée aux candidat(e)s conformément aux articles 18.5 et 18.6 de la convention collective SCFP.

Responsibilities

• Examen du phénomène de la mondialisation : ses dimensions politiques, économiques, sociales, culturelles.
• Rapports entre la mondialisation et la politique : changements dans le rôle de l'État-nation, des organisations internationales, des mouvements sociaux, des communautés locales.
• Introduction au travail de recherche (ex. : recherche bibliographique, rédaction d'un rapport de recherche ou de lecture).
• Horaire du cours: Mardi: 8h30 à 10h Vendredi: 10h à 11h30.
• Nature du travail: Une combinaison de tâches telle que : l’assistance en enseignement, l'animation de groupes de discussion, la correction de travaux et d’examens, consultation personnelle avec les étudiant(e)s. L'étudiant(e) doit s’engager à respecter l'échéancier de travail établi par le superviseur et être disponible pour assister au cours à la demande du superviseur.
