Bayview Kenworth is a full Parts, Sales & Service Dealer Group for Kenworth Trucks and KUBOTA farm and construction Equipment. We are currently looking for a Cummins certified technician for our Bathurst, New Brunswick location.

Sign-on Bonus available for Red Seal Certified Heavy Equipment/Truck & Trailer Technicians, including those completing Block 4 for Red Seal Certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate proficiency in the repair and diagnosis of X15 engines, including power trains, electrical, steering, electronics, brake, and suspension systems.
• Navigate Insite effectively.
• Utilize EDS software.
• Write clear and detailed stories for customer and warranty work, explaining repairs.
• Follow SRT procedures.
• Identify and determine parts required for repairs.
• Document warrantable repairs on repair orders.
• Road test vehicles to diagnose malfunctions or verify repairs.
• Complete technical reports from various manufacturers accurately and timely.
• Be available to cover after-hours emergency service calls.
• Work effectively in a team and maintain a professional, positive attitude.
• Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to company policies.

Requirements:

• Completion of a College certification for Truck & Transport.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. (or as per safety standards).
• Willingness to continue training.
• Clean driver’s abstract and criminal reference check.
• Basic computer skills, familiarity with Windows-based software.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a service environment.
