Job summary

Dnaagdawenmag Binnoojiiyag Child & Family Services is seeking a Supervisor to lead a team delivering culturally intelligent services for Indigenous children, youth, and families. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with Indigenous partners to provide trauma-informed, strengths-based case direction.

Starting salary range posted: $95,985.35 - $114,671.68 CAD, with increases based on annual performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work with minimum 3 years of Indigenous child well-being experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work with minimum 5 years of Indigenous child well-being experience.
• Social work experience with Indigenous communities and organizations; anti-oppressive practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering services in a culturally intelligent and wholistic manner.
• Supervise staff, monitor service quality, and ensure compliance with CYFSA and agency policies.
• Develop inter-agency collaboration and coordinate service delivery across jurisdictions.
