CookUnity is seeking a Culinary Supervisor to oversee culinary operations and lead the kitchen team. You will ensure recipe accuracy, maintain health and safety compliance, and drive performance across food preparation processes.

The role requires leadership, strong culinary knowledge, and the ability to manage in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while promoting teamwork and excellence in service.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a culinary leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen management.
  • Culinary degree or certification is desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Enforce Culinary Standards: Ensure strict execution of standardized recipes (SOPs) with precise measurements and portion control.
  • Food Safety Leadership: Oversee GMP compliance, sanitation practices, and validate HACCP steps.
  • Recipe Analysis and Standardization: Validate recipes to align with SOPs, verify weights and techniques; suggest adjustments.
  • Staff Training and Development: Lead technical training on hygiene methods and emergency protocols.
  • Operational Reporting and Optimization: Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement across kitchen operations.
