This role supports the Chef Manager/Catering Manager in leading and managing the entire kitchen brigade. The focus is on maintaining high standards of food quality and kitchen management across all sections onsite.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in overseeing kitchen operations and staff management.
  • Ensure food quality and safety standards are met.
  • Support menu planning and food cost management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
