Job summary

The Canadian Brewhouse in Abbotsford is seeking a Culinary Supervisor to coach, lead and mentor our back-of-house team. You will train cooks, uphold safety standards, manage scheduling, and ensure efficient operation across the kitchen.

We're looking for strong leadership, health and safety knowledge, and hands-on experience with budgeting and inventory. Foodsafe certification is preferred. Flexible hours and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading a kitchen team and coaching cooks.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in foodservice.
  • Experience with sales forecasting, budgeting and inventory management.
  • Administrative skills including scheduling, emailing and ordering.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to hire new employees and conduct interviews.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and organize competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Foodsafe certification preferred.
