Responsibilities

• Perform food preparation, planning, and presentation duties for all kitchen items.
• Season food and follow recipes precisely.
• Ensure proper use of scales and measurements, portions, and production.
• Plate completed dishes and assist with service planning.
• Restock items as needed throughout shifts.
• Assist with purchasing and inventory for kitchen needs.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene across stations.
• Prepare dishes for customers with allergies or intolerances.
• Rotate food to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Report maintenance or health and safety issues promptly.
