Job description

We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative in Burnaby, BC for our client who's a leading manufacturer of natural quartz surfaces. The successful candidate will be working alongside Territory Managers and Warehouse Personnel to exceed customer expectations.

What We Offer :

  • Salary : $50,000 - $60,000 per annum
  • Job Type : Full Time, in office
  • Location : Burnaby, BC V5J 3H6

What You’ll Do :

Process purchase orders efficiently and keep customers informed with regular updates.

Address customer inquiries related to order status, pricing, and shipping details promptly and accurately.

Deliver responsive customer support and assist with troubleshooting product or service issues.

Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships through effective phone and email communication.

Handle customer concerns and questions with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Manage and expand a database of prospective customers to support sales growth.

Partner closely with the Sales Team to ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled.

Oversee inventory levels and coordinate timely product transfers to meet demand.

Proactively enhance the customer experience through attentive and personalized support.

Maintain clear, professional communication across all channels and touchpoints.

Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as needed to support team objectives.

What We’re Looking for :

Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Experience with ERP / SAP Systems.

Post Secondary Education or equivalent.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Highly organized with ability to work independently or part of a team.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
