To achieve this, we are seeking a HIFIS Technician to join our Community Social Development (CSD) team. This role supports the implementation, maintenance, and daily operations of the Homeless Individuals and Families Information System (HIFIS), contributing to impactful service delivery for those in need. The Role:
Reporting to the CSD General Manager and receiving operational direction from staff leading the HIFIS implementation project, the HIFIS Technician will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation and ongoing operations of HIFIS to ensure seamless data management and service delivery. You will work collaboratively with service providers, CSD leadership, and other stakeholders to maintain system usability, data integrity, and compliance with funder requirements.
This role is essential for achieving the goals of the Federal Reaching Home Program and expanding HIFIS usage to support Integrated Coordinated Access (ICA) initiatives.
