The CSA Strategy & Process Manager plays a key role within the Commercial Systems Acceleration team, supporting pre-onboarding activities that prepare new products, commercial models, and capabilities for successful implementation on Thomson Reuters' strategic technology stack.
This role partners with Product, Revenue Operations, Finance, Customer-to-Cash, Architecture, and Technology teams to define commercial operating models, document business requirements, map future-state processes, identify capability gaps, and support onboarding readiness. The manager helps translate complex business concepts into actionable requirements and implementation plans that enable scalable growth and operational excellence.
The successful candidate is naturally curious, highly organized, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and able to connect business strategy with operational execution. They enjoy facilitating discussions, solving complex business problems, and working across diverse stakeholder groups to bring new products and capabilities to market.
