We are currently seeking applicants for the position of Crushing Plant Foreman to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and lead a team of operators and laborers to ensure safe and efficient operation of the crushing plant.
  2. Monitor daily production targets and quality control to meet project specifications.
  3. Ensure the maintenance and repair of crushing equipment are carried out as needed.
  4. Conduct routine inspections to verify equipment functionality and troubleshoot any issues.
  5. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all company and local safety regulations.
  6. Coordinate with the aggregate manager to optimize production processes and resolve operational issues.
  7. Maintain accurate records of daily operations, maintenance logs, and production reports.
  8. Provide training to new employees and ensure team adherence to safe operating practices.
  9. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
  10. Plan and execute crusher mobilization.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in crushing operations.
  2. Strong knowledge of crushing equipment, including crushers, conveyors, screens, and other aggregate production machinery.
  3. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
  4. Ability to read and interpret production schedules and safety protocols.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
  8. Willing to travel within the province.
