The Crusher QC Technician is responsible for the testing of aggregates and measuring stockpiles by use of a drone.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Civil Engineering Technology / Degree program is considered an asset. Candidates with previous quality control experience will be considered for this position. Knowledge of flying drones would be an asset.
  • The Lab Technician is responsible for the following tests but not limited to sampling, wash sieve analysis, fracture counts.
  • Must be well organized, possess good written, verbal skills and able to manage and prioritize several tasks at one time.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment is necessary for this position.
  • This position requires working anywhere in Alberta and possibly Saskatchewan, long work hours including overtime and usually 11 days on and 3 days off rotation which is subject to change.
    Successful applicant must hold a valid Class 5 driver's license (driving abstract required), must be physically able to lift 30 kgs and meet all safety requirements and adhere to all applicable safety policies.

Job Type: Full-time Seasonal (April - December).
