Job Posting : Experienced Crusher Operator
Rotation : 3 weeks on 3 weeks off

Tamatta Mining & Construction is currently recruiting on behalf of one of our reputable clients for an experienced Crusher Operator.
Key Responsibilities :
- Uphold health and safety protocols by adhering to company policies and acting responsibly at all times during shifts.
- Primarily operate the crusher with occasional operation of other heavy equipment such as loaders or rock trucks to move load and process materials like earth rock and gravel in a safe manner.
- Complete daily shift documentation including equipment inspections load sheets and hazard assessments.
- Conduct preoperation checks including cleaning lubricating and refilling fluids for machinery.
- Participate actively in preshift safety briefings and meetings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within equipment cabs.
- Follow all safety standards regulations and sitespecific rules.
- Engage in any required onsite training sessions.
- Perform general labor tasks as needed to support the team.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Minimum of 5 years of crusher operation experience in a mining or heavy civil construction environment.
- Knowledge of heavy civil and mining operations including loading and hauling.
- Valid drivers license required.
- Proven safety record with experience working within a safetyfocused culture in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience working in remote mining or industrial sites is essential.
- Selfdriven with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to travel for work assignments.
- Physically capable of lifting at least 50 lbs. standing and walking for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks.
- Able to maintain high performance levels during 12hour shifts.
Preferred Certifications :
- Valid safety tickets such as First Aid / CPR TDG and Fall Protection are highly desirable.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Daily blended rate of $600$700 based on a 12hour shift experience and certifications.
- Travel to and from the project site from Edmonton Alberta or Yellowknife NWT is required with a travel allowance provided.
- Rotation schedule of 3 weeks onsite followed by 3 weeks off.
