Qualifications

• CPA designation and cross-border tax expertise are essential.
• Extensive Canada–US cross-border personal tax experience (10+ years).
• Strong knowledge of cross-border compliance, planning and advisory services.
• Deep understanding of Canadian and U.S. personal tax rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand Baker Tilly's Canada–US cross-border personal tax practice.
• Oversee cross-border tax compliance, planning, structuring and advisory services.
• Manage teams, workflows and scale the growing practice.
