Qualifications

• Expérience de conduire un camion de 24 mois.
• Capacité de soulever 50 lbs ou plus.
• Éligibilité pour un FAST card.

Responsibilities

• Conduire sur des trajets longs au Canada et aux États-Unis.

Job description

Bison Drivers are paid every week, on time! Running open-board Canada/U.S. long-haul, this position requires you to be on the road 7 to 14 days at a time averaging 12,000 miles per month. Resets on the road as required.

• Southbound freight could depart into any of the lower 48 states
• Northbound freight could go into any of the Canadian Provinces and Territories
• Required to drive in California, and U.S. Mountains 12 months of the year
• Required to drive Highway 17 in Ontario12 months of the year
• Assigned unit requires 24 days on the road per month
• Regional freight might be required.
• Freight and destinations might vary
• Flexible schedule requiring weekend departures
• Must be able to haul all commodities including meat and alcohol

Candidate Profile:

• Company Driver with 24 months tractor-trailer experience
• Must be eligible to drive in the U.S.
• Must be eligible for a FAST card
• B.C. Mountain experience is an asset
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more
• Must have a valid Class 1/AZ license
• Reliable, flexible, and punctual
• Strong communication skills
• Values safety
