Job summary

Contrans Vrac, a La Prairie-based bulk transport company, is expanding its fleet of AZ drivers for USA service. Permanent full-time roles with competitive salaries and cutting-edge technology are offered; border crossings, tolls and registrations are handled by the company. Some night driving may be required, and drug screening is mandatory.

Terminals in Cornwall, Ontario and La Prairie, Quebec provide year-round work with assigned trucks and provided PPE. FAST card is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must hold AZ/Class 1 license with proven cross-border experience.
• Ability to operate across Ontario, Quebec and USA routes.
• Competent with hours-of-service rules and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate bulk transport trailers across cross-border lanes.
• Post-trip inspections, safety checks and PPE use.
• Coordinate border crossings and adhere to weight rules.

Cross Border Company driver - AZ & Class 1

We are expanding our fleet and looking for experienced Class 1 (AZ) drivers for our USA service. Contrans Vrac is a bulk transport company that is part of the TFI International Specialized Truckload group. Compensation Structure - Company Driver:

• - Per mile US $0.62 (Northeast)
• - Per mile US $0.59 (South of Pennsylvania)
• - Loading $50.00 - 2 hours included
• - Border crossing $12.00 - 2 hours included
• - Delivery $50.00 - 2 hours included
• - Trailer wash $40.00 - 2 hours included
• *Mileage based on dispatch software
