Job summary

Contrans Vrac is seeking a driver for cross-border runs on multi-axle trailers and B-trains. Expect runs across Ontario, Quebec, Michigan and New York with steady year-round work.

Compensation is based on a percentage of pay (65%), plus 10% for own trailer, company-paid tolls and permits, paid orientation and an annual RRSP bonus. Bi-weekly direct deposit is provided.

Qualifications

• Cross-border operations experience on multi-axle trailers and B-trains.
• Minimum 1 year of flatbed experience is required.
• Clean driving abstracts and clean criminal record preferred.
• FAST card is an asset for faster clearance at border crossings.

Responsibilities

• Haul cross-border loads on multi-axle trailers and B-trains.
• Execute routes across ON, PQ, MI, NY with a focus on safety and efficiency.
