Job summary

Contrans Vrac in North Bay is hiring a Full Time Company Driver to haul cross-border loads across ON, PQ, MI and NY. You will operate dedicated tractors and manage multi-axle trailers and tarp and unload tasks to earn per-mile pay.

We offer steady, year-round work with an orientation paid, and bi-weekly direct deposits. Candidates should have at least 1 year of flatbed experience, clean abstracts and records; FAST card is a plus.

Qualifications

• Clean abstracts and clean criminal record required.
• Minimum 1 year flatbed experience.
• FAST card is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Haul cross-border loads on multi-axle trailers and B-trains.
• Operate on deliveries across ON, PQ, MI, NY.
• Proactively tarp/unload and secure freight.

What to Expect:

You will receive:

• $0.72/mile
• $35 each for loading and unloading straight trailers + $25 each to tarp and untarp
• $50 each for loading and unloading b-trains + $50 each to tarp and untarp
• Paid orientation
• Bi-weekly direct deposit through payroll
