Job summary

Contrans Vrac in Ontario is seeking a company driver for cross-border routes across Ontario, Quebec, Michigan and New York. You will operate dedicated flatbed equipment and manage loading/unloading tasks with tarping where required.

The role promises steady, year-round work with a dedicated tractor and a clear path for consistent earnings through per-mile pay, while meeting safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year flatbed experience.
• Clean driver abstracts.
• Clean criminal record.
• FAST card is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Haul cross-border loads across ON, PQ, MI, NY.
• Operate multi-axle trailers and b-trains.
• Load/unload with tarp as applicable.
• Maintain safe driving records and comply with regulations.

What to Expect:

You will receive:

• $0.72/mile
• $35 each for loading and unloading straight trailers + $25 each to tarp and untarp
• $50 each for loading and unloading b-trains + $50 each to tarp and untarp
• Paid orientation
• Bi-weekly direct deposit through payroll
