Job summary

Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited (P&H) invites applications for an Operations Intern in St. Paul, AB for May–August.

This full-time contract internship offers hands-on experience in Canada’s agriculture and food industry, working with crop inputs, field scouting, and facility upkeep. You’ll build practical skills, learn from seasoned professionals, and contribute to projects supporting our business and communities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree or diploma in Agriculture, Food Science, Environmental Science, Mechanical Techniques, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Strong interest in agriculture industry and practices.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Internship Overview

As Operations Intern, you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience in Canada’s agriculture and food industry. Students will build practical skills, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to real projects that support our business, customers, and communities.

What We're Looking For

• Full-time availability for a 4-month term, May – Aug.
